Edwin Utsey - Chief Technician/Rebuilder
Edwin has been on the staff since 1989, is ASE certified in both Automatic and Standard Transmissions, an ATRA certified service writer and R&R technician. He is in charge of training for transmission repairs/rebuilding and electronic repairs.
Paul Paulos - Rebuilder/Technician
Paul's background includes prior work with AAMCO Transmission and a prior owner of his own shop. He brings many years of experience. He is ASE certified in Automatic Transmissions.
Bob Patterson - Chief R&R Technician
With many years in general repair and working with the Honda Dealership, his experience in all phases of auto repair allows us to not only do transmisison repairs, but other repairs related to
the proper performance of our customers vehicles.
Joseph McLaughlin - R&R Technician
Joey has 10 plus years of experience in General Repair and Transmission Repair from Charleston, SC. He is also in charge of our towing fleet and responsible for all maintenance.
Paul Hardy - R&R Technician
Paul has 9 years General Repair experience in Delray Beach, FL and Beaufort, SC. He holds our No. 1 R&R Technician position.
Scott Hopkins - R&R Technician
Scott, originally from Savannah, GA has both Body Shop and General Repair experience. For the past 4 years he was a R&R Technician/Rebuilder on Hilton Head Island, SC.
Nicole Raino - Office Manager
Nicole is the first contact for both our retail customers and wholesale accounts. She is responsible for ensuring all repairs are made in a timely manner and are ready for delivery or customer pick up.
