Edwin Utsey - Chief Technician/Rebuilder
Edwin has been on the staff since 1989, is ASE certified in both Automatic and Standard Transmissions, an ATRA certified service writer and R&R technician. He is in charge of training for transmission repairs/rebuilding and electronic repairs.
Paul Paulos - Rebuilder/Technician
Paul's background includes prior work with AAMCO Transmission and a prior owner of his own shop. He brings many years of experience. He is ASE certified in Automatic Transmissions.
Joseph McLaughlin - R&R Technician
Joey has 10 plus years of experience in General Repair and Transmission Repair from Charleston, SC. He is also in charge of our towing fleet and responsible for all maintenance.
Nicole Raino - Office Manager
Nicole is the first contact for both our retail customers and wholesale accounts. She is responsible for ensuring all repairs are made in a timely manner and are ready for delivery or customer pick up. She is also an ASE certified Service Consultant.
Keith Edwards - R&R Technician
Keith is also one of the R&R technicians. He has been employed in the automobile industry for over 13 years. He primarily removes and reinstalls transmissions in front wheel drive vehicles, with specialized experience repairing Chrysler and GMC vehicles.
Brian Thrasher - Tow Truck Driver
Brian is one of our tow truck drivers. He has over 20 years of automobile mechanic experience as well as driving tow trucks and wreckers. As a former business owner of an automobile mechanic shop, he is just the person to answer most of your questions and/or concerns when you have to have your vehicle towed.
